Jon Rahm's journey from being among the pre-tournament favourites to standing on the 18th green as the 2023 Masters Champion was a roller-coaster ride he will never forget.
Here is a look at how he got there.
Round one - 65
Rahm produced the most impressive round of the day on Thursday. After four-putting the first hole for an opening double bogey, he fought back with an eagle and seven birdies over the next 17 holes to equal his lowest round at Augusta National and earn a share of the first-round lead.

Round two - 69
He made back-to-back birdies at the eighth and ninth before inclement weather forced play to be suspended halfway through his second round. He then covered the back nine in one under par on a soggy Saturday morning to sign for a 69 and sit two shots behind the leader at the halfway stage.

Round three - 73
He had made two bogeys and one birdie in his first six holes to sit four shots off the pace when the third round was suspended due to persistent rain on Saturday afternoon. Returning to the course on Sunday morning, he carded two birdies and two bogeys in the remaining 12 holes to start the final round two shots adrift of leader Brooks Koepka.
Round four - 69
He wiped out that two-shot deficit inside four holes before taking a two-shot lead into the back nine as Koepka's challenge faltered. Brilliant back-to-back birdies at the 13th and 14th gave Rahm a four-stroke buffer and he parred his way home to close out a memorable victory. His closing 69 saw him finish the tournament on 12 under par and win by four.
