Information for visitors to the Genesis Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club with access requirements.

Blue Badge Holders

There will be dedicated disabled spaces on site for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. The disabled car park is situated in Car Park 2. Wheelchair users will need to contact Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com in order to make arrangements in advance and gain admission to site.

Personal Assistants

If you need a personal assistant to attend the event with you, the European Tour Group offers a complimentary carer ticket to customers with a disability who have purchased a ticket. To request a carers ticket please contact: ticketing@europeantourgroup.com

Proof of eligibility will be required.

Wheelchair / Motorised Chair Access at the Genesis Scottish Open

Wheelchairs and other motorised chairs are allowed on the tournament grounds however we encourage you to use Event Mobility (see below). Golf carts are not permitted.

Dedicated wheelchair viewing areas will be provided and accessible toilet facilities will be located within the Spectator Village and out on course.

Event Mobility

Event Mobility will be providing a number of electric scooters for hire by the elderly or disabled. They will be located at the top of Car Park 2, nearest to the entrance of the Spectator Village.

Event Mobility is a charity and kindly asks for a donation of £30 for using electric scooters and £10 for the manual wheelchairs.

Spectators can also pick them up on the day and these are available on a first come first served basis.

Assistance dogs

Trained assistance guide dogs are allowed entry to the Grounds. Please note that they must be kept on a lead at all times.
